Job Description:
- Good in Technical troubleshooting, resolving technical issues
- Any Graduate with computer knowledge
- Excellent communication skills.
- Troubleshooting Hardware/Networking/OS related queries of our global customers Over Phone which involves working in different time zones.
- Take calls from Global customers and initiate the right response to them, positively and professionally.
- Deal with a wide range of products using a powerful information database.
- Provide remote solutions to problems, inquiry problems and explain the solution in such a way that non-technical users understand.
- Any graduate (M.Tech, MCA not applicable)
- Any experience can apply.
- Rounds Of Interview: 3 Rounds
- Shift: Rotational Shifts
- Work Location: Bangalore
- Transportation: Cab will be provided both the way(Free)
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Freshers/Experience candidates can apply ( Technical graduates )
