Job Description:
- Responsible for handling day to day operations on seller panels of various online marketplaces
- Monitor online customer feedback and be the main point of contact for all internal website queries.
- Processing orders for clients through seller panels on the various marketplaces.
- Implementing promotional offers on a regular basis as per clients requirements or as suggested by the category managers.
- Maintaining follow up with all e-commerce portals for resolving any issues (Claims, Overcharges etc.) which might cause hindrances in the day to day operations.
- Submitting an activity report on a daily basis to the category manager for the respective clients.
