Job Description:
- The main role is to handle the customers and convincing to buy the flats
- Handling customer visits at the sumo project site and bring it to closure
- Site Visit
- Excellent in closing deals and retaining clients.
- Excellent in Selling, properties of individuals and corporate.
- Taking care of Marketing and promotional activities.
- Keeping a track of property prices across Bangalore.
- Taking care of Registration of Flats
- Handling customer payment issues.
- Maintaining all the accounts related to construction, office, and advance amount paid by the customers.
- Handling all the marketing related issues.
- IT, budget and report writing skills.
- excellent sales and negotiation skills.
- the ability to motivate and lead a team.
- excellent communication and 'people skills'
- good planning and organisational skills.
- the ability to work calmly under pressure.
