Job Description:
- Handle incoming calls from customers regarding their Credit card transactions
- Address any disputes raised by customers and resolve at the earliest
- Take queries from customers for lost card & blocking the card
- Respond to mails sent by customer
- Any graduation with No Backlogs
- Experience: 0 to 5 years (Voice or Semi Voice)
- Good communication in English
