1. Expert in Core Java, Spring, Hibernate and Webservices 
2. Fluency in SQL and understanding of databases preferred MySQL

4. Knowledge of user authentication and authorization between multiple systems, servers, and environments 
5. Understanding of fundamental design principles behind a scalable application 
6. Familiarity with Junit and Continuous integration 
7. Strong unit test and debugging skills
