1. To achieve the assigned sales target
2. To achieve individual service quality standards.
3. To provide key market information on competitors Assist in the implementation of sales & marketing strategies
4. Assist in resolving specifics default transactions on requests.
5. To ensure total compliance with laid down norms in terms of compliance risk , credit policy , documentation , operational risk and Group / Regulatory control standard.

Required Skills:

• Knowledge and understanding of general banking procedure
• Specialist Knowledge of finance and procedures Working Knowledge of credit policy and procedures Good Communication skills Ability to develop personal relationships at all levels.
• Well developed selling skills
