Job Description:
- Calls prospective customers by operating telephone equipment and other telecommunications technologies.
- Influences customers to take services and merchandise by following a prepared sales talk to give service and information.
- Completes talk by recording names, addresses, and other detail of customers required for file process.
- Forward clients detail to allotted team leader and take suggestion and confirmation for file process.
- Time to time follow up from team leader for older files.
- Secures information by completing data base backups.
- Maintains safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
- Maintains operations by following policies and procedures; reporting needed changes.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Good Interpersonal and communication skills.
