Job Description:
- Technical Support Engineer responsibilities include resolving network issues, configuring operating systems and using remote desktop connections to provide immediate support.
- Need basic computer knowledge.(Windows, iOS, MS-Office, Emails)
- Communication, flexibility, patience, problem solving are the required key skills.
- Experienced candidates will be preferred with minimum of 6 months of international inbound/outbound experience(freshers with good communication skills can also apply.
