Job Description:

1. Working with customers/employees to identify computer problems and advising on the solution
2. Logging and keeping records of customer/employee queries
3. Analysing call logs so you can spot common trends and underlying problems
4. Updating self-help documents so customers/employees can try to fix problems themselves
5. Working with field engineers to visit customers/employees if the problem is more serious
6. Testing and fixing faulty equipment 

Required Skills:

• Candidate should work as Field Technical Executive
• Should have a driving license and two wheeler
• Customer complaints/installation/ implementation
• Good communication skills
• On-job training will be provided
