- Looking for a VB.Net / HTML Support Engineer, who can provide technical support to customers using methods of careful research and troubleshoot problems.
- We are looking for a dynamic individual to provide answers to clients by clearly identifying problems, and guiding clients through careful, corrective steps.
- Troubleshooting and resolving all technical & non-technical issues related to our products
- Resolving queries on various platforms
- Handle escalations for post-installation issues
- 0-1 years of experience in Customer facing role
- Knowledge on email app and HTML
