1. Provide support on Microsoft Windows platform to clients through phone, chat and email
2. Work in a highly dynamic environment on latest technologies
3. Provide support for Exchange, Active Directory and Lync
4. Documentation of work done
5. Willing to work in night shifts

Required Skills:

• Outstanding communication skills (US accent is a must)
• Microsoft Certified Professionals Preferred
