Job Description:
- Cold calling & scheduling meetings with leads
- Monitoring & administering customer accounts
- Assisting clients with setting up their tournaments on Chauka
- Training & coordinating scorers & videographers in an ongoing basis
- Resolving the customer queries/requests in a timely manner
- Testing Chauka's or it's clients' Mobile app & Website
- Working closely with the clients & get their requiements
- Excellent communication skills
- Good organisational skills
- Good computer and keyboard skills
- An ability to work under pressure and to deadlines
- An ability to work independently and as a team
- Interest in Cricket is a plus
- Ability to multitask & prioritise the activities
