Job Description:
- Profile largely includes Account Management for a new 100% Natural Skin Cream.
- Setting sales target and guiding the overall business generation from the region.
- Understanding and addressing requirements for large opportunities. Costing, Pricing and designing SLA’s to meet the client and company’s expectations.
- Providing all necessary reports, including forecasts, in an accurate and timely manner.
- Selling should be the signature statement.
- Maintaining relationship with clients and providing business leads, client interaction, team building, follow up with clients.
- Business awareness and management skills are actively sought. In addition to this, potential candidates will need to show evidence of ability to understand detailed information.
- To plan, scan, probe, coverage mapping of market, understanding of selling process and customer buying process.
- Evaluate and develop healthy sales pipeline by identifying and tapping potential customers prevailing in scope of region.
- Develop business proposal as per requirement of customer.
- New business development (NBD) and Existing Business Development (EBD) to achieve Revenue target and increase wallet size.
- Good interpersonal skills to form effective working relationships with people at all levels.
- A proven track record of 'making a difference'.
- Creative, resourceful, detail-oriented, highly organized.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Good Presentation and Time Management skills.
- The potential to handle a leadership role.
- Candidate should have pleasing personality with excellent communication skills (Verbal & Written).
