Job Description:
- Sorting the problem of user by taking VNC / Remote Desktop / Field
- Responsible for Setup & configuration of workstations / desktop PC and laptops
- Troubleshooting the problems related with Desktop, Server and LAN
- Installation and Troubleshooting of Window OS & policy
- Installation, configuration and Troubleshooting of Windows Server 2003, 2008, 2012
- Troubleshooting the problems related with Desktop, Server and LAN
- Managing and Troubleshooting a LAN / WAN Network / Configuring TCP/ IP settings, Implementing Remote Connectivity
- Installation and Troubleshooting Network and hardware equipment/software
- Completely know about any type of the system
