Job Description:

1. Sourcing and shortlisting the resumes
2. Coordination and communication with stake holders
3. Working with recruitment agencies to source for candidates for specific job positions
4. Conducting recruitment interviews and providing the necessary inputs during the hiring process
5. Back office and reporting.
6. Salary would be based

Required Skills:

• Problem solving capabilities necessary to accomplish the duties and tasks of the position
• Ability to correctly make decisions involving client issues/ problems including when to escalate
• the problem to a more senior consultant
• Exceptional written and oral communication skills
• Excellent organizational and planning skills
• Ability to effectively learn and acquire new knowledge and skills.
• Ability to share knowledge and work in a strong team oriented environment.
• Detail oriented
• Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and e-mail
