Job Description:

1. Should have working knowledge on installing, configuring and troubleshooting MS Outlook.
2. Should have working knowledge on first level hardware troubleshooting.
3. Should have working knowledge on first level LAN troubleshooting
4. Able to provide support to end user on their day to day operations issues.

Required Skills:

• Should have basic working knowledge of DNS and DHCP
• Operating system installation, troubleshooting.
• Good communication skill
