Job Description:

1. The BDM will take care the complete Business Development according the company expectation which is related to HR Services - B2B concept selling /consultative selling i.e New client acquisition (80%) & Account management (20%)
2. The Person should be Accountable for the Profit & Loss of the Business unit, Develop and cultivate deep relationships with companies - Senior Executives like VPs, Heads and Directors (HR).
3. The person should meet the Corporate & Pitch for new business and create a strong pipeline industry wise and focus on meetings with prospects.
4. Build new business which primarily includes getting in mandates and involve extensively in client farming to extend and dig deeper for business 
5. The Client list should increase month by month according the company Business Expectation.
6. He/she have the capability to handle a team of size 5-10 people

Required Skills:

• Should have good domain knowledge of Recruitment Industry how it works
• Should have prior experience Minimum 4+ years of total work experience in Recruitment / Business Development related to HR Services
• Should have prior 4-8 yrs experience in Vendor Management & Client Acquisition experience
• Should have good hold in to corporate & can get quickly requirements with less efforts
• Should have Startup culture or can take work pressure
• should be proactive & never give up attitude
