Job Description:
- Accountable for monthly, quarterly, yearly revenue targets & driving business growth across sectors through client engagements.
- Responsible for acquisition of new client business and nurturing existing accounts for up sell and cross-sell covering all aspects of Sales, Business Development and Account Management within Bangalore.
- Devise account plans & prioritize sales efforts on winning strategic, multi-year revenue deals.
- Account Management - Track record of developing strong client relationship - interacting with Sr. level executives & stakeholder management.
- Bridging the gap between Clients and Internal team at KARTEL.
- Following on each step of the project, managing project as per the agreed timeline, informing and following up on tasks at both the ends.
- Work with CEO and Client Servicing team to come up with proposals.
- Single point of contact for all business documents like RFP's, RFI's, RFQ's, NDA documents.
- Responsible for sales across Public and Private Sectors with direct target responsibility for Services, Branding, Web platform, Mobile Application Design & Programming sales.
- Drive the quarterly/yearly revenue targets, new customer acquisition, deal closure and account management.
- Open to travel.
- Excellent communication skills
- Good presentation skills
- Understanding of design and ability to learn at a quick pace
