Job Description:
- Generating database of seller leads from various web directories, social networks, and search engines, Finding out the seller details and contacting them via calls & emails
- Meeting with the potential seller and explaining the details via PPT and live demo
- Explaining the potential sellers about the scope of the online reach.
- Disusing in depth the online flow/process, commission structure, logistic and client policy for sellers.
- Explaining the services & value proposition offered by our company and convert them to have tie-ups with us
- Attending incoming calls and addressing the queries of existing clients and sellers
- Training of sellers for maintaining and upgrading of products on their portal
- Strong communication and IT fluency.
- Creative talents and the ability to solve tough problems.
- In-depth knowledge of the industry and its current events.
- The ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines.
- Skill in prioritizing and triaging obligations.
The company will provide an online platform for rural & dying Indian products, ex as handicrafts, painting, wooden crafts, metal arts, embroidery, marble arts, Khaki (a type of handmade cloth)
thus promoting regional art and craftsmanship in the domestic and global markets.
There are many sectors by which the rural Indian earns money for their livelihood, one sector is
handicrafts. As per the 12th 5th-year plan handicrafts being the second largest employment source
in India after agriculture. There are more than 7 million artisans in India who depend on this
