Job Description:
- We have immediate requirement of 30 candidates to manage our US Shift Semi Voice process.
- Process executives do not need to talk to customers, they have to only listen and deliver the reply by playing right dialogue through computer.
- (IVR -Interactive voice response (IVR) is a technology that allows a computer to interact with humans through the use of voice input via keypad)
- Extensive training will be given to the selected candidates to carry out above mentioned task.
- This is the urgent requirement for our ongoing process. Right candidates will be appointed immediately.
- Any Degree/Diploma Students who completed their course in 2016 and 2017 are preferred.
- Good Interpersonal and communication skills.
- Tele-calling protocols.
