    Job Description:
    1. Network parameters - ping time, network latency, network connectivity.
    2. System Parameters - disk space consumed, CPU load, services latency, temperature, and memory consumed.
    3. Application parameters -   JAVA applications running on the system( JAVA CPU usage and JAVA memory usage)
    4. Primary Rate Interface Lines  .
    5. Monitoring of call pattern, ensure the environment is error free.
    6. Restart the necessary process as and when the situation demands
    7. Creation of Incident ticket in the tool, assign to proper team, ensure closure of ticket.
    8. Prepare MIS reports periodically
    9. Candidate should be a quick learner and open to new opportunities.
