Job Position: Trainee - Support Engineer

Job Description:
- Network parameters - ping time, network latency, network connectivity.
- System Parameters - disk space consumed, CPU load, services latency, temperature, and memory consumed.
- Application parameters - JAVA applications running on the system( JAVA CPU usage and JAVA memory usage)
- Primary Rate Interface Lines .
- Monitoring of call pattern, ensure the environment is error free.
- Restart the necessary process as and when the situation demands
- Creation of Incident ticket in the tool, assign to proper team, ensure closure of ticket.
- Prepare MIS reports periodically
- Candidate should be a quick learner and open to new opportunities.
