    Job Description:
    1. Identify & travel potential geographies for sale.
    2. Contact potential customers at hospitals, clinics, doctors' offices, rehab facilities, and nursing homes to generate lead.
    3. Arranging appointments with doctors, pharmacists and hospital medical teams, which may include pre-arranged appointments or regular 'cold' calling;
    4. Deliver presentations to doctors, practice staff and nurses.
    5. Cold call and visit prospects on location.
    6. Preparing and updating Daily Call Report online.
    7. Manage all leads and customers within a defined territory.
    8. Build relationships with medical staff.
    9. Educate medical staff on the benefits of medical devices.
    10. Monitoring competitor activity and competitors' products
    11. Communicate between sales, marketing, and support teams to improve customer experience.
    12. Collect, analyze, and present field sales data to assist with strategy planning and implementation. 
    13. Organizing conferences for doctors and other medical staff and managing budgets
    14. Reaching (and if possible exceeding) annual sales targets
    15. Planning work schedules and weekly and monthly timetables. 
    16. This may involve working with the area sales team or discussing future targets with the area sales/ product manager.
    17. Regularly attending company meetings, technical data presentations and briefings
    18. Keeping up to date with the latest clinical data supplied by the company, and interpreting, presenting and discussing this data with health professionals during presentations.
    19. Developing strategies for increasing opportunities to meet and talk to contacts in the medical and healthcare sector;
    20. Staying informed about the activities of health services in a particular area.
    Required Skills:
    • Proven work experience as a pharmaceutical rep or in medical sales
    • Strong desire to learn along with professional drive.
    • Solid understanding in Bio-Medical principals.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Excellent knowledge of MS Office
    • Highly motivated and target is driven with a proven track record in sales
    • Strong organizational and time management skills
    • Strong teamwork and networking skills.
