Job Description:
- Hire qualified personnel according to standards
- Organize and coordinate operations to ensure maximum efficiency
- Supervise and evaluate staff
- Ensure supplies and equipment are adequate in quantity and quality
- Handle customer complaints when necessary
- Assist in pricing products or services
- Assume responsibility of budgeting and monitoring expenses
- Enforce adherence to regulations and quality standards
- Ensure all records are kept properly and consistently
- Review and prepare reports for senior management
- Analytical Skills: Facilities managers must look at a lot of different information and make decisions based on needs and budget concerns.
- Communication: Facilities managers talk to their employees, and work with management to make sure the job gets done. Being able to clearly explain what needs to be done will be necessary.
- Attention to Detail: Quality control is a large part of a facilities manager's job. Making sure cleaning, upkeep and safety standards are maintained, or efficiencies are discovered, is key.
- Leadership Skills: Facilities managers must motivate and coordinate employees, as well as deal with any disciplinary issues that may come up.
- Salary:10000 - 15000 Per Month
- Proven experience as hospitality manager
- Hands-on experience in customer service or sales
- Solid understanding of hospitality procedures and best practices
- Knowledge of quality standards (e.g. ISO)
- Proficient in MS Office and relevant software & hardware knowledge.
- Excellent organisational and leadership skills
- Outstanding communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills
- Problem-solving aptitude
- BSc/BA in hospitality management
