    Job Description:
    1. Respond to shopper query mails within 48 hours
    2. Resolving shoppers queries by coordinating with the team and ensure resolution is expedited
    3. Refer unresolved customer grievances or special requests to designated departments for further investigation.
    4. Interact with shoppers on chat concerning various issues
    Required Skills:
    • Candidate should posses excellent communication skills – Verbal as well as  written
    • The candidate should be keen to take up a fast-tracked career & not just a job that will help him/her pass time till something else comes along.
    • The candidate should be a keen learner and willing to put in hard work and passion in what he/she does.
