    1. Primary responsibility would be to assist our customers for fixing technical and other non-technical issues.
    2. Assisting Customers through phone, chat & email.
    3. Gathering technical feedbacks and requirements from customers.
    4. Fixing minor technical issues and explaining API modules and integrations.
    5. Remote Assistance and Software Installation.
